I went in today for lunch. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla with rice. It was 9.75.I told my waiter I did not want the rice. In that case he guided me to the Ala cart menu. It was cheaper going that way for just 1 quesadilla.
When I recieved my bill I was charged for the the lunch with rice. I tried to explain this to the man who was checking me out. Two other employees came over and they were all talking in their language that I didn't understand. He then started telling me that my bill total was correct. I could not understand what all he said. I did not push it further because people were behind me wanting to check out.
In this case the customer was right! I left feeling frustrated, not because of a couple of dollars , but because the language barrier kept the issue from being solved. However, I think my waiter was trying to tell him that I was overcharged and he insisted the bill was right. Maybe a little thing, but it left me feeling they couldn't be trusted. It was the point of it all!

Pollo loco was fantastic! My favorite dish there. Margaritas are great! Servers are always friendly an keep up with their tables. Never had a drink run out!

We were from out of town, & our hotel recommended this restaurant for authentic Mexican food. The hostess seated us within ten minutes, & the booths & tables have neat Mexican themed decorations! Our server was attentive & thorough, although it did take him longer than expected to get our drinks. I ordered the chicken flautas meal, & I didn't realize it came with lettuce, which I'm allergic to. Our server willingly brought over a separate plate, sour cream & guacamole for me that didn't have the lettuce, which I greatly appreciated! My husband ordered the Mexican tacos, which came with a bean soupy mixture on the side. He said it all tasted amazing! We also both ordered the frozen lime margarita, which tasted excellent & had a good mixture of alcohol & lime! We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience & dinner at this restaurant, & we will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

UPDATE to my review April 22, 2026 - I've been getting carry out orders occasionally from this location. EVERYTHING is always SO HOT FRESH AND DELICIOUS! The people working here are so courteous and helpful! They truly show care for their customers. Thank you! ******Daniel's Little Mexico is my GO TO place for excellent and authentic Mexican cuisine! Their frozen Margaritas are THE BEST, their chips, salsa and guacamole are THE BEST! I usually get a Chicken Quesadilla as my meal. The Monica's Chicken with shrimp is also one of my very favorites here too! It's ALWAYS clean here and ALL of the employees are always so kind and helpful!

Found this little gem on our way back home. The food is very flavorful and comes in super large servings. We should have ordered one plate to share! The Super Grilled D'Light (Chicken, Steak, Shrimp over Mexican rice with cheese sauce) will be my goto from now on! Their Taco Salad was piled high with the good stuff! Wow, such a good meal.
The decor is festive, clean and very comfortable. Service is outstanding. It's clear the staff take pride in working hard to maintain a high quality experience for customers. Oh... did I mention Margaritas by the pitcher!

We stopped here for lunch while dring through Kentucky. We were pleasantly surprised!
The food was served lightening fast, and it was delicious. Our server was friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The restaurant's interior was lively and colorful. Recommend!
